Coastal Home Physical Therapy specializes in rehabilitation of sports injuries, post-op orthopedics, overuse injuries, Parkinsons, neurological disorders, postural restoration and prescribed fitness programs. Our goal is to keep you active and healthy, focusing on providing quality care, without limitations. Dr. Katherine Cornet has been practicing physical therapy here in the lowcountry for 10 years, in private practice as well as home health. Dr Cornet is a graduate of Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia where she earned her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
